30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for products that:

  • Arrive damaged or defective.
  • Have a manufacturing defect.
  • Were shipped incorrectly.
  • Require a size exchange (where applicable, such as leather jackets, gloves, or pants).

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized or custom-made leather products.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
  • A brief description of the issue.

After inspection, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item using the instructions provided by our support team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your return.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damaged item, or incorrect shipment, Trust Now will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return according to this policy.


Natural Leather Characteristics

Our products are made from genuine leather. Natural variations in:

  • Grain
  • Texture
  • Color
  • Creases

are normal characteristics of authentic leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.


Size Exchanges

For wearable leather products such as jackets, gloves, and pants:

  • Size exchanges are available within 30 days.
  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in their original condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless the wrong size was sent by Trust Now.
